
CUSTOM PRINTING FAQs
Please use the form to share the details of your custom printing job - we will endeavour to get back to you with a quote within two working days. As each job is quoted individually based upon the clients requirements, please provide us with as much information as possible, including:
- Type of garments.
- Number of garments.
- Description of design.
As a general guide, t-shirts and vests range from £10-£18 depending upon quantity and printing requirements. Hoodies range from £22-£36, again, depending upon quantity and printing requirements. *These prices do not include set-up costs.
Yes! £25 per screen and transparency. You will need a separate screen and transparency for each design and each colour element. Screens are kept for three months, during which any additional t-shirts or hoodies etc. will not be charged set-up. If you require additional prints after this time, there will be a £15 set-up charge.
Yes! Minimum of 12 t-shirts and vests, and 6 hoodies. But obviously, the more you buy, the cheaper they get!!
No to printed samples, but yes to blanks but there will charge...
Once we have all agreed the print job details (eg. garment, quantity, ink colour(s), and design), you will be emailed an invoice and a request to pay in full by bank transfer. Printing will not commence until payment has been received in full.
When the print job has been confirmed and an invoice has been sent - printing will not start until the order is paid for in full.
We aim to deliver custom printing orders within 14 days of a cleared payment, depending on stock availability - you will be advised if there are any delays.
Yes, but we only hand screen print onto ethically sourced apparel - we would need to check the suitability regarding the printing surface, and ensure the ethics of the supplying company align with our own. We will not accept responsibility for any damaged garments due to our printing or curing processes.
Unfortunately, no. Hand screen printing is time consuming and costly regarding individual prints.
Artwork would need to be in solid black (no half tones), and with a full colour design as reference. Pdf or high res jpg are preferred, but full advice regarding artwork will be given at time of order. Sometimes artwork may need to be re-worked - we may or may not charge for this, depending on what condition we receive the images.
Yes, but there is a charge - please email us at teams@pathfinderuk.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
If you are happy with your quote and wish to proceed with an order, we will send you an invoice with and order number, and will request full payment ASAP.
Once full payment has cleared, we will put together a 'mock-up' of how your design will look on your chosen garment.
When you are happy with the mock-up we will ask you to sign the job off, and then make up your transparencies and screen(s).
Printing will commence as soon as stock is received.
Finishing touches will be added, your garments will be checked, then packed, then delivered to you via Parcelforce or courier.
